What Happened to the Hoodia Diet?
A few years ago, the entire weight loss industry was abuzz with the Hoodia miracle diet [http://beginnerdiet.blogspot.com]. The Hoodia miracle diet claimed to melt the fat off people. It was supposed to be the one natural supplement that was supposed to cure obesity forever. Finally, we had the Hoodia diet plan which was going to make the world thin. Then, something happened and the Hoodia diet plan kind of disappeared into obscurity.
What is the Hoodia Diet?
Hoodia is a naturally growing plant that looks a lot like a cactus that puts out a pungent odor. When it's crushed up and turned into a weight loss supplement, it suppresses the appetite. Therefore, when you take Hoodia, you combine it with a sensible eating plan along with a good exercise plan, you can lose weight.
Fitness Experts
Many fitness experts swear by Hoodia. It's used by fitness and movie stars alike, as they like the fact that the supplement doesn't make you as hungry so you end up eating less. And after all, that's what weight loss is all about. You eat less, exercise more and the weight comes off. Hoodia, therefore, is a great way to reach your weight loss goals.
Where'd it Go?
So if the Hoodia diet works so well, how come it's not talked about anymore? The main reason is because there have been other diets since then. Just like Hoodia was the 'it' supplement a few years ago, these days it's Acai. Tomorrow it'll be something else completely.
Is it just that we have short attention spans? Have we just forgotten what works? Who knows. The point is, if you want to lose weight, try to diet with Hoodia.
However, make sure you get 100% Hoodia because anything else probably won't work as well.
